Career Resources
I've heard Barclays is pretty good with giving return offers (80% or higher). BAML may be similar. I know GS has a historically low return offer rate.
Barclays/Citi have consistently been the highest.
BAML has been high for the past 3 years, so also a safe bet.
Caveat: Can't always use past rates; Jefferies was 90%+ before this summer.
