Being snubbed is worse than being rejected

I have 2 IB hirevues pending, from 4 weeks and 5 weeks respectively with no response. Yes I know I should just give up because waiting this long means I didn't get a chance in either. Fine by me, really. But why aren't they communicating that? It seriously won't take much effort since I'm already filtered out. I don't know how to control my impulse either, I check the careers page for updates even though I know I'm out. This legit has to feel worse than getting a rejection. It just makes me feel snubbed and insignificant, not even worthy of a "pound sand" email. Just send the rejection email already, I could know people have got their offers 2 weeks ago already. I hate being whiny but this just stings.

Rant over.

It's not really about hanging over what could possibly be, I know I didn't get it.

My point here is, it makes me feel kinda worthless when they treat it like that. They can literally send me an email saying fuck off and I will feel happier about myself
