Besides IB what is the best college grad finance jobs that have good exit opps?

I know IB has been getting very competitive recently and I strive to get into this industry but its extremely hard, so what do you guys think good starting jobs are that have good exit opps? I was looking at equity research I think I would look that it looks pretty solid.
