Best ~$150 Monitor for IB?
Hey all,
I have an approximate $300 budget to buy two monitors, so looking at ~$150 for each. Starting at an EB in IB soon. What are the best monitors you could recommend in this range?
Thanks!

I have 2x C27F398, they were 118$ on Prime Day, should be around 135-140 outside of promotions. They also have displayport and HDMI.
Attractive screens, large working area for slides or Excel. Only 1080p though, but that works for me. Couldn't find any quality screens with higher res for that price, but maybe the market has changed a bit.
Do you have a link? Is this Samsung?
yes, they are Samsung screens.
Light curve (not too much), really dark black tones, high contrast.
you can get them on Amazon, newegg, etc - everywhere.
Important: there are various options you can configure for the connectors, get the version with HDMI and DP. ignore the VGA variant.
I have them hooked up on my Macbook Pro and everything works.
Get monitor risers as well, life changing for your neck/back health
For IB and nothing else? Look at some Dells. As others have said make sure you can adjust the height, your back will thank you.
If you're gonna game a bit too, I looked around your price range last year (although in £ not $) and came out with an AOC 24G2U5. Very solid, very impressed.
I’d I were you I’d fork out the extra money to get some higher quality monitors. Seriously not something you want to cheap out on, think about how much time you will spend on them. Also like someone else said, get a dual monitor arm.
LG 32inch QN600. I use this large monitor instead of two. It’s 2K and has display port. $250.
I got the following ultrawide monitor with internship stipend for technology expenses:

It’s essentially two continuous monitors, and I have a vertical monitor as well, meaning I have two screens wide plus a tall display for code / long documents. It’s a killer setup and works on a graphics card having only two outputs.
Never had a problem with the monitor as Samsung is pretty reputable while coming in at more affordable price points. It’s nothing crazy, certainly not gaming-oriented, but gets the job done for work. It’s given me a pretty significant advantage over others working on half the screen real estate.
Personally, I would look for something used. You will get greater products for a cheaper price.
