Best courses to break into IB?

I’m currently in S&T, but it hasn’t been the best fit for me. I’m looking to make a lateral move into IB and was wondering what prep programs are the best. I need interview prep and material that helps me hit the ground running if I land a new role.

Bonus points if the program has connections to recruiters or headhunters, though I’m not sure if there are any legit services out there for that. Thank you!
