Best credit arguments for waivers

Lads I imagine for those working in levfin it’s that time where waiver requests are streaming in as borrowers struggle with liquidity - can anyone share a comprehensive-ish list of how to assess / argue for waivers? Eg a proportion of debt has been repaid and effective leverage vs time of financial close is lower, etc etc would be much appreciated
