Best Diversity Sophomore Summer internships

Basically, Advent has sophomore summer internships if you are an SEO Scholar (diff from Seo Careers). Then there's like Exploring Ares, etc, etc, for Black identifying people who are in alt finance. There's Oaktree for GWI as well. What are some other really strong sophomore summer internships (I believe Vista or Roark had some but I could be wrong). Anyone have any insight on this?

  1. 3. Exploring Ares: A program for Black-identifying individuals interested in alternative finance. Ares Management is a prominent name in this space.

  4. Credit Suisse Doug Paul Program: Offers a sophomore summer analyst program in NYC with a $5,000 scholarship. Divisions include Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Asset Management, and Equity Research. Eligibility is for URMs.

  5. Barclays Sophomore Skills Program: A two-day program with interviews for their sophomore summer analyst program in NYC. Divisions include Sales and Trading and Investment Banking. Eligibility includes URMs, Women, and LGBTQ individuals.

  10. Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT): While more Corporate America-focused, MLT provides opportunities for URMs and partners with firms to help candidates secure internships.

These programs are highly competitive, so applying early and leveraging networking opportunities is crucial. If you're eligible, these internships can be a strong stepping stone for a career in high finance.
