List of Diversity Programs for Freshman

Hey Everyone!

I'm going to be naming a few of the big diversity programs that are feeders for sophomore internships. 

Goldman Sachs: Emerging Leaders Series is a sophomore program that heavily recruits for their Sophomore programs. Apps typically open in the spring and acceptance rates are pretty low so you'll wanna be applying pretty early.

Morgan Stanley: Freshman Enhancement Apps typically open in the spring and a majority of sophomore's positions are filled from this freshman enhancement program. I did the program so reach out if you have any questions. It's a competitive program though, had around a 10% acceptance rate for the last one, as they took 60 out of more than 600 applicants

D.E. Shaw: They aren't IB but they have 4 very selective fellowships and I did one of them recently. Usually, only around 32 people are selected for each program so competition is very fierce and most kids come from major target schools, but it is phenomenal for your resume and this helps big time if you ever want to apply for their internships. A stipend is also provided so that's nice 

RBC: Believe it is their Sophomore Insights program, really big feeder into their sophomore internship program as well, as I know quite a few people who did both. A lot of these types of programs offer interviews at the end of them based on the divisions you applied for

Citi: Freshman Discovery Diversity program is a good program and can carry some weight on your resume in the early stages. 

Wells Fargo: Freshman Diversity Finance Forum- Didn't do this one but I've heard positive things about it

I have a list of a bunch of other programs but these are some heavy hitters and big ones for recruiting for their sophomore programs at these exact firms. Shoot me a pm if you want some other ones!
