Best Fixed Income Book to Read

I'm looking for a fixed income book to read over winter break from college. I started studying fixed income this semester and really want to deepen my knowledge in the subject. I'm looking for something that will give me a concise yet thorough understanding of fixed income including: pricing, benchmarks, spreads, yields, etc. I'm more of looking for a book around 200-400 pages. Let me know of any please!
