Banks I have seen that provide interns with a good summer experience: GS and HL

GS is just like a dream place for any teenager / college kid to work at. They get all the respect from friends and can go out all around nyc and such. Even if they don’t get a return offer they are generally in good spirits

HL I personally did a summer internship there and had a lot of fun. They do a bunch of events. Give interesting cool work. Senior exposure and more or less gave everyone a return offer and for the select few they didn’t give a return offer for they ended up helping that person find a better job somewhere else last I heard.

It's group dependent. If you are lucky and get into a group with a good culture, you will have a great time, go out with the team, happy hour, etc. If you are unlucky and end up in a group with a toxic culture/lack thereof, you will enviously watch as the other interns get to bond with their groups while yours fills the only occupied seats on the floor haha
