Best M&A Books?
Looking for some book recommendations that were helpful / insightful in exploring the broader concept of M&A. Not looking for just analytical textbooks, but also other interesting reads (i.e. theoretical books that challenge the idea of M&A or books that would be interesting to an owner / operator considering M&A). These are just some examples but it'd be great to receive some more specific recommendations.
Big Deal by Bruce Wasserstein. Great commentary from arguably the most legendary M&A banker in history.
