Best mining team for WLB in North America?

Did a summer internship in mining and like the industry, however did it in a fairly grindy group so don't intend on going back. Anyone has insight on teams in US & Canada with the best WLB? I heard good things about TD?

If you want better mining experience, the best place to go is actually a mining company where you can get hands on experience at a coal mine rather than making ppt slides from an office

BMO - sweat shop, but best t̶e̶a̶m̶  deal flow

RBC - somehow, even worse sweat shop than BMO, not as good deal flow

Scotia - Pretty good. Arguably Top 3

Stiffel - decent deal flow (2023 was pretty bad however). will need to re-locate to Calgary

TD - decent deal flow

National - Decent from what I hear? FIG is a sweatshop here however

Cannacord - Probably best WLB but worst pay (might be wrong on pay)

CIBC - has been getting better deal flow over past 2 years, could argue tied for 3rd with Scotia. Big 5 pay
