PJT is nice, all marble - almost too white.

CVP has an overall very nicely designed office that feels premium and less “corporate”

PWP has undoubtedly the best real estate (GM building) - can’t beat overlooking Central Park and 57th. The office used to have an “older-school” feel to it (lots of wood) but heard they renovated it recently.

DB’s new Columbus Circle office is nice.

Was at the Debevoise & Plimpton office which is right next to KKR. Was the nicest office I have ever seen in my life. I’ve heard the KKR offices are similar

The HY office? I visited the building for Wells Fargo and the office was sick. Was told most of the companies in that building have sick offices

Easily PWP — GM Building is a top spot & the renovation looks beautiful

I thought Gugg was supposed to be nice? Heard they have an insane art collection

JPMC has the largest private art collection in the world if you’re interested in that - all of their offices, including regional and mothership, have absolutely stunning art.

I was able to visit a few throughout networking there during past cycle. This is what I thought

Goldman: kinda by themselves by the wtc, but a really nice clean part of town. Definitely cool views over the Hudson and cool architecture and kinda gave SF tech vibes, but on the inside the work spaces seemed all normal.

JPM: Haven't been here but I know they're building a new headquarters, it's gonna be right on park ave and stunning to say the least

CS: The lobby is pretty cool but offices are just normal, like other people said the best part about it is being by madison square park

Barclays: busy location next to times square, has a cool view from the cafeteria though

DB: Obv their IB is nothing crazy anymore, but they have a pretty cool office in Columbus Circle. It used to be the time warner center, has some really cool views of central park

BofA: One Bryant park, pretty sweet building. I think most of the IB is on the lower floors though, not sure

Evercore: I really like Park Ave but the office wasn't anything crazy nice

Lazard: Top of the Rock views are not to be messed with, windows are kinda tiny though. Has the whole 70s retro feel in the concourse

PJT: The white marble is indeed pretty cool

HL: Offices felt a little cramped, but in a nice building in a cool spot across from PJT and JPM

Warbug Pincus: Really nice office feel and a good view

Carlyle Group: Really cool office, 1 Vanderbilt does not disappoint

KKR: This was my favorite. 30 Hudson Yards has an incredible feel to it. The office has my favorite view of the city

I work for one of the EB's mentioned in the green comment, but no one has mentioned the clear winner:  PJSolomon (or whatever they're called now)

They're at 1345 6th - their office is new and marble with glass walls and their views go clear to the reservoir.  Very similar to Apollo's offices in 9 West (albeit with more glass). During MBA recruiting I got the chance to see almost 20 offices given I was in NYC, and only Lazard's views compare, but I think that Laz's office decor is pretty dated.

DB is amazing. High ceilings, great cafeteria, and a stunning terrace overlooking Central Park. Makes sense considering they're in the same building as Per Se, Masa, and the Mandarin Oriental. Not sure how they could pay for it though...

Other than DB, I would say KKR is also one of the absolute best. They also have a private terrace, in 30 Hudson Yards.
