I would take Deliotte S&O, but depends on the FLDP (example: could you get a corp development/acquisitions role as part of the program)?

If you pick the consulting role just make sure you don't stay too long (more than a year) otherwise you will get funneled onto the consulting track and make it seem like you are less interested in banking now.

Depends on how quickly you want to get into the BBs. If the F500 program is reputable ( = gets people into Top 10 MBAs) then do that, especially if ti's an industry you are interested in. 2 years, B school and then BB after that, with the added advantage that you'll have some industry exposure. Consulting and RMing may get you "pigeon-holed" out of banking ... better story would be I loved my industry but realized I wanted to get deals done, etc. etc.

Deloitte S&O for sure IMO. Only a tier off of MBB and should place reasonably well into B-school.

Thanks for the responses guys. RM = Risk Management F500 FLDP is accounting mostly, slight chance of corp dev. depending on staffing needs.
