Perks: My cubicle is really close to the coffee machine so I barely have to walk to get refills of coffee. The lighting is also really good and resembles natural daylight. We get free stress-balls and notepads with the company logo.

I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.
 

My firm has what's called Education Incentives account. Basically the firm budgets for each employee to pay them to learn anything you want. And i mean literally anything and not even a reasonable/related skills to your job.

I used mine to enroll in cooking class, surfing school, and martial arts (which doesn't count towards your Health/Gym perks but pretty much benefits you the same).
