The long hours and pay can be pretty consistent from firm to firm, but what about the perks.
Some banks have gyms, cafeterias, good deals on sporting events etc.

High blood pressure, so your heart is strong.
Would you say IB is not a good career for people who actually have high blood pressure?
Not a doc but my understanding is sleep deprivation is one of the biggest factors for high blood pressure. If that's the case, hard to imagine a worse career.
Perks: My cubicle is really close to the coffee machine so I barely have to walk to get refills of coffee. The lighting is also really good and resembles natural daylight. We get free stress-balls and notepads with the company logo.
My firm has what's called Education Incentives account. Basically the firm budgets for each employee to pay them to learn anything you want. And i mean literally anything and not even a reasonable/related skills to your job.
I used mine to enroll in cooking class, surfing school, and martial arts (which doesn't count towards your Health/Gym perks but pretty much benefits you the same).

We get tons of drinks and snacks: chocolate milk, coconut water, chips, etc. We also get 1 free toupee in our health plan. But it’s only one so I guess might as well wait until you lose all your hair to get it

Did you get any of this at the analyst level?
Most firms will let anyone fly at least business class if your flight time exceeds some kind of threshold (usually around 5 hours). You can stay at any hotel within firm budget at any seniority level. Firms get preferred rates, so nice hotels usually end up within budget in most cities. Per diem rates same for everyone.
