Best PFG groups?
Interested in working for a PFG group. I think the work is pretty interesting and the work life balance are perfect for what I’m looking for. Does anyone know how this field looks like in terms of top banks?

wtf is PFG
Private funds group. Where you’re staffed on either Primary or secondary transactions. It’s a fund raising group for private equities. The primary group you basically try to raise a specified amount. Where a secondary transaction you’re providing liquidity for the investors. Pretty cool stuff imho.
isnt it just like investor relations then? not really banking is it?
Greenhill Cogent and Evercore are the top groups
UBS historically has the best PFG group amongst the BBs. Think CS has a decent private funds group as well.
