Gugg has good culture in most of its teams from what I've heard. Also, pay is historically above Roths.
Gugg is awesome from what I have heard, great things about the culture there. Also Roth isnt bad either tbh I've had a few conversations with analysts and they all say they get treated nicely. Just what I have heard though, not sure if it can be taken as truth
Based on people I’ve known/talked with — Gugg culture is highly group dependent. Healthcare and tech get worked brutally, while I know for a fact their power and utilities group has insane WLB. Rothschild seems a lot more tight knit, really like the people there but depending on your group it can get a bit busy.
How do their RX groups compare?
