First time poster - just trying to get some good advice on where would be a better place to start a career within IBD in London specifically. Holding offers from both for their Spring Programme for University students. I know very early days but they clash so have to make a decision. Interested in Summer Analyst / Analyst experience at each and breadth of exit opportunities. Not too worried about pay or relative 'rankings.' Thanks very much any opinions really appreciated.

Career Resources
The two are rougly equal. In general I’d take MS as the work on bigger deals albeit less deals. Also I think that MS has a higher conversion rate for their Spring week
Thanks very much really appreciated. Could the fact Rothschild work on a greater number of smaller deals be a benefit? Can a lot more time be spent pitching when at somewhere like MS?
MS still has a very very solid deal flow and exits are better some funds prefer GS/MS/JPM rather than EBs. Conversion rates for summer are considerably better for MS too.
