Best SaaS Solution for Precedent Transactions?

Recently joined a Corp Dev team and have the ability to make a pitch for which service we should use to pull our precedent transactions (and public comps, but emphasis on precedents). I was thinking CapIQ because that is what I always used in the past, but I come from a boutique IB (not EB) background and have less knowledge than many of you.

Any suggestions? Merger Market?
