Best Tech M&A Mid Market advisor

Hi all, I am currently researching about the best M&A mid market advisor in Tech for Europe and North America and I was wondering if you could provide me with some names which I may have missed:

Arma Partners

DC Advisory

Alantra

Lincoln International

Rothschild

Mediobanca

Evercore

Moelis

Lazard

Perella Weinberg Partners

William Blair

Jefferies

Greenhill

Thanks for helping out!

Lol at:

Alantra

DC Advisory

Mediobanca

None of those are top drawer for Tech MM M&A.

Houlihan Lokey is arguably one of the top advisers in the Tech space in both EMEA and NA.

Baird is also decent in the MM space in Europe, unsure for US.

Raymond James is decent for MM too

OP was probably referring to Arma Partners (owned by Mediobanca)

Why would OP reference them twice? Considering the first name on his list was Arma?

Very doubtful.

Sponsors M&A (London)

Tbh I don't care about prestige. I just need them to feed our dealflow pipeline/work with some portco for potential exits (working at a fund).

For the US:

Piper Sandler (acquired DBO)

HL (good on its own, also acquired GCA)

Union Square Advisors

William Blair

Baird

Code Advisors (anecdotal)

Lmao, Evercore, Lazard, Perella, Moelis, and Greenhill should not be on this list. Totally different class of firms

Would say William Blair and Raymond James (especially software) are the best MM Tech IB's. Arma Partners, Torch Partners are solid too. Then you'll have the usual suspects who range from solid to pretty good at most things they do such as Holuihan and the EB's going a bit downstream into the 500m-1bn UMM space. Lincoln usually have solid deal flow but imagine they target the lower end such as (50m-300m).
