Best time to reach out to incoming Analysts (Graduating Seniors)

I come from a semi-target and I networked extensively with Seniors who will be working as full-time IB Analysts this year. I want to know when they start their full-time role and when would be the best time to reach out. Since most have training for a month or two during this time I thought I should wait but again recruiting is happening early this year. Please share your insights into the same and I would especially love to hear from those starting this year! I need to gain more traction with my networking but again I don't want to ruin those relationships I built with seniors!
