best TMT focused banks & their comp?
Curious which investment banks are the top in TMT and what total comp looks like for first year analysts?

Qatalyst undisputed top tech bank. You also have Raine, Allen, and Liontree for more TMT vs just T. Tidal is a CVP spinout and they seem to be pretty strong although its too early to say. There's also GP Bullhound and Arma Partners in the lower deal size range. Also Union Square Advisors and some others
Comp at Qatalyst is higher than almost any other bank, Tidal has high base (idk bonus), Raine Allen and Liontree all seem to be slightly above market, all the other ones seem to be street or slightly below
How are the exits and reputation like for the firms you mentioned?
pretty good, can go to business school or even exit into the buy side pretty easy from one of these reputable shops like Raine and LionTree especially. GS and BoFA TMT as well.
