I saw a forum on this, but it was very outdated. I have been tasked to set up a data room for a small cap company and am looking for something more affordable than Intralinks or Data Site (formerly Merrill). It takes a while to call around and get quotes from everyone. Does anyone have any recommendations or input on an affordable VDR that works well?
