Best way to move to FO

I’m currently working a MM IB in an operations position dealing with CAs. There is little to no face time with anyone from FO even while I’m still going into the office everyday. I’m def starting to feel stuck and the work is the same thing day to day. I want to know what the best advice and course of action would be to land a FO role from where I stand. Or even something better that would work towards that. I went to a non target in nyc, 3.8 gpa with a D3 sport on my resume, had an internship at a utilities company for a full year in college and now I’m approaching a year at my first full time position.
