Best way to prep for a Superday that is in 36 hours

I have an IB superday this week and I have never been to one before. I am not prepared. I know how to do a dcf and plan to refresh myself on the 3 financial statements. I dont know anything about behavioral interviews besides strengths and weaknesses. How can I best prepare for this superday with around 8 hours of study time?

Run through the M&I 400 guide as much as you can. You should know it front to back but if you don't you should be ok. If the bank is full of hardos then you should know the advanced questions, if not you should be good with the basic ones. Also, anything about LBOs you probably wont need unless they're hardos.

For behaviorals prep a couple stories: one about a team and leadership, one about a success, and one about a failure. You can use them broadly to demonstrate analytical skills or attention to detail if those questions arise. They should be based in truth but you can embellish if you feel the need to. Also, prep good answers for TMAY, why banking, why this bank, and why this group.

Good luck.
