Big 4 Corporate Finance - IB Starting Salary 2022?
Anybody have offers from Big 4 corp fin / IB and willing to share their starting salary (2022)? Curious to see how different it is from Big 4 consulting (just base, not considering bonuses). Please also state what city you offer is in. Thanks!
Currently interning at Big 4 Corporate Finance (can’t say the city because we are very few interns but think top 3 city in Canada). Base is roughly 52-54k CAD
which summer is this for you? I know returning audit interns get 58k+
This current summer (about 4 weeks into the internship). FT pay is higher I believe
Also if you’re talking about interns in TO then that would make sense given their pay is slightly higher than my city

That’s impressive. Base and bonuses are nowhere near as close up here to regular IB
i didn't know corporate finance pays that high. Can you elaborate on the bonus and hours you work

I think they mean M&A advisory when they say Corp Fin and not actual Corp Fin. DB and HL name their banking programs as Corp Fin as well
I meant actual Big 4 IB (I know Deloitte’s is “corporate finance”), not their “M&A advisory” or TAS. The pay for those is closer to consulting pay.
Have a friend who's starting FT this summer at a big 4 in NYC doing IB (Corp Finance)
His base is $75k. Not sure about bonus. He signed the offer in December, so I assume it's still the same now
