Big 4 M&A/CF/Valuation or Regional IB
Hi there,
I am an incoming second year student from a top university in Malaysia. My goal is to move to a bulge bracket IB in the short to medium term, either in SG/HK/US/UK, and I have some doubts that i hope you could help me with:
- Shall I start my career in regional IB (like Maybank IB) or Big4 M&A/CF/Valuation to have the best possible chance to break into BB if I did not get BB offer straight out of the university?
- What is the tier list for IB in Asia? Does SG/HK/US/UK IB accept non-local student?
