I am a recently qualified ACA with first time passes in a Big 4 TS team looking to move into a MM IB in London. I was fortunate enough to start in TS as a grad (instead of audit) so have over 3 years transactions experience but I am really struggling to get any traction from recruiters / banks. I have sent my CV to multiple recruiters who tell me they will send on to X bank etc but I never hear anything back ? Plus, I keep seeing Deals grads from my cohort at other big 4 firms moving to these banks. I am just not sure why i can't even get a first round interview when surely my profile / CV is the same as theirs ? Any help appreciated.
