Had first round as well. Thought it was pretty straightforward. Think we should be expecting to hear at the end of the month.

Same here. They’re doing 3 weeks of first rounds lmao. Gotta be like 80 kids being interviewed

Go to one of their targets and had 1R two weeks ago. Apparently they're gonna do on-campus second rounds in a few weeks followed by the SD

This is correct, on campus second rounds at UNC/Wake/Owen etc. Phone calls for non-targets. In person SD mid sept

hmm what are they gonna do for the non targets?

like someone said above its like a BB first round, nothing too technical and laid back, but obv be prepared dont go in with no prep

Same non-target; had a first round about two weeks ago at this point. I knew it was going to be a series of interviews but didn't realize it would be that many. I'm waiting to hear back for the second round as well, and I think they mentioned they are planning on conducting second-round interviews for a majority of the candidates and bringing as many as three dozen people to the SD.

I like the firm but bringing 36 people to a SD for a handful of spots is ridiculous… seems to be somewhat of an inefficient recruiting process

I was surprised as well when he said that, and I think they plan on hiring around 10 full-time employees, but at the same time, they seem to really care about fit and competence. Being a small firm, they probably want to make sure they get the right ones. It was very clearly emphasized that you are expected to complete the 2-year program, no exceptions and Especially the fit part; that's probably the one thing I am worried about from the interview. I'm not sure if I did a good enough job emphasizing my ties to the South since I did a BB SA in nyc

And I've never been to a physical Superday before, so I'm not sure, but I assume it's the same as a BB. Like, that's still a 33% acceptance rate; I think that's normal

Interviewed last year and made it to the final round and dropped out of the process. Most white / southern / boys club type group you will find, pretty sweaty as well. Had no interest in North Carolina either. Made it to a strong tech group (lower BB) instead. Seemed like decent people but I know I'd personally be miserable there and you should consider the culture heavily before joining.

In person? Are you a target school I mean? I am non target so no clue how/when I will hear back unless someone already has
