Blackstone Cover Letter

I'm trying to write my cover letter for Blackstone, but my university's on-campus recruiting website does not mention who to address it to. Should I just start it as "Dear HR Recruiter:"?

Also, my understanding is that boutiques take the cover letter more seriously. Any suggestions on how to make my cover letter stand out?

Thanks!

Nope, I applied just in time (per my university's deadlines).

I decided to go with "Dear Sir or Madam." Certainly not preferred over the actual name, but I didn't have the time to find it. Hopefully it doesn't bite me in the ass!
