-Intern work will focus on qualitative and quantitative research including financial analysis,competitive analysis, due diligence, macro-economic analysis and data sourcingacross multiple industries. -Drafting ofmemoranda for internal use and assisting business groups with development ofclient presentations. -The Research Intern will assist on a wide range of projects with eachof the business units including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings,recapitalizations, joint ventures, and leveraged buyouts - Highly motivated, intelligent, and havedemonstrated excellence in prior endeavours -In addition to strong analytical andquantitative skills, the successful candidate should have strong communicationskills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in ateam environment, often under pressure

The Research Intern position requires priorexperience in an investment banking environment and a basic knowledge ofaccounting and finance Desired Skills & Experience
