Former analyst - Like anywhere, very deal dependent. Rarely worked past 2 except for the heat of 2021 craziness, would say deal mode is probably 9-2ish M-Th, Friday usually off by 8pm, and Sunday usually ~noon-10pm. Worked 5 Saturdays my entire time there which is nice. Can be a lot less depending on what you’re working on but deal flow is great across the board so you’re usually in deal mode.

WFH still encouraged late/on weekends, they’re in the office now 3 days a week but almost everyone goes home around 7 and WFH.
