is it headcount issue or was it intern quality issue?
It’s the big 5 in Toronto, there is always an intern quality issue
Why? Isn't that like the peak of Canadian university exits?
At a big 5 - We had room to give more returns but the intern quality was so atrocious that we didn't
any changes in recruiting that will prevent this from happening?
