Blowout Year HF Bonus?

How much do you think analysts and PMs/Partners made at places like D1, Tiger Global, Melvin (let's not talk about 2021 haha), Pershing Square, Perceptive, and Coatue made in a ridiculous year like 2020 (all of which put up returns north of 30-40%)? Anyone have any actual comp numbers/stories? Are these the types of shops where guys can actually crack 8 figures in an insane year, or do the founders just suck up the majority? Also what about at the sub $5bn AUM shops like Abdiel and Light Street?
