Analysts were very happy / surprised from what I’ve seen. The bar was set extremely low from the shit associate pay last year, seems like the improved market and the fact that a TON of people quit had an impact on pay. These are figures based on what I can confirm:

- Analyst 2’s: $110 top bucket, $80k mid bucket

-Analyst 1’s: $70k top, $60k middle, $45k bottom

For some context, middle bucket associate 2s received $70k last year and middle bucket associate 1s came in around $40k.
