EE top, E/M above average, M/E average, M/M bottom bucket.
Subject to how your team / division operates I hear that bonuses may vary slightly in the same rank as you are ranked across all people with the same title and therefore cannot really compete with people for top ranks in your first year.
I'm sure it changes year to year, but generally how does each ranking translate in terms of bonus amounts? (i.e. EE = 75% base, E/M = 65%, etc etc) thank you!
