Also interested in people's thoughts / anecdotes on the 2nd tier of FIG banking (non GS FIG/ JPM FIG).
Looking at FIG league tables on SNL for the past few years it looks like Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley consistently round out the top 4 for FIG M&A.
