BofA HireVue
Hey guys,
Just received a Bank of America video interview, just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers? just recently did one with JPM and wondering if its a similar format? If anyone has done it would you mind sharing your experience with me too?
Cheers.

Are you a rising sophomore?
who/what is that m8
Did it last year and made it to superday. Tried for junior summer this year but withdrew because I took an offer elsewhere.
It's 5 questions with 3 mins per response, one try each. BofA HireVue tries to catch you with wacky mixed questions (not as much this year though). The ones I remember from both last year and one are
Best of luck
Cheers man, I actually did the hirevue before seeing this comment but you were spot on haha. Feeling pretty good about it tbh, how long did they take to get back to you?
Usually a week
Hey! If you don't mind, was your super day just fit or did it have technical questions as well? If so do you remember them by any chance? Thanks, and congrats on everything!!
the superday at least for core bofa schools were only an hour, two thirty minute rounds, one technical and one behavioral
i would say because of how short it is, the school’s recruitment team filtered students through networking calls, those who make it to sd and receive offers usually can’t miss a single technicals (they’re really not that hard) and genuinely pass the airport test (not a hardo/weirdo/bot)
Spot on
This was extremely helpful! I completed the BoFA Equity Research internship HireVue and was asked extremely similar questions, as well as "tell us about a time when you had to make an important decision based on limited data" (something like that)
how many questions were you asked and which of those questions did they ask you if you rmm
Bump
his stuff was spot on even for now
extra questions include
- tell me about your self ( as far as i can tell this is always there , and the first question )
- people in teams have different views and skills, how did you work with them and achieve success
- in the ever changing market/technology / ( in your field ) how do you keep up ? and tell something new you learnt
ok nevermind, now I see
