Can someone please provide insight on how placement works for BofA? How competitive is it to get into the M&A Group, FSG, etc.? Are these groups more looking for fit or are they looking for academic merit? Who ultimately has the most say? Does this determine where you'll be full-time? I signed here and am very worried about being placed in some shitty regional coverage or natural resources group.
