Went through their process a couple years ago, pretty selective since they only have 2-3 spots but you get the chance to speak to almost the whole junior team before the superday. Seems like a technical group / asked for standard paper LBO etc. Think they’ve been on most major sponsor deals, Endeavor was the big one I learned for the process

Think they care a lot about culture fit so try to connect with everyone you speak to. Otherwise as for other groups need to nail technicals etc.
