Is this SA or FT? CS has great culture, exits that vary (this year sucked) and solid deals. BofA sponsors has good culture compared to rest of bank, ok exits (definitely worse than CS) but SF seems stronger and solid deals as well. Would wait until end of month for CS earnings call and if it looks good / you want exits, CS all the way.
BAML over CS at this point if you have a choice between them. Not worth the headache of thinking about broader company solvency, given the groups/exit opportunities are comparable enough.

Both top of street. Historically would personally have CS as my #1 given the legacy, culture, types of deals, etc.

CS
Bump
In 2023? Probably BofA. CS sponsors (and the rest of the bank) has gone down the shitter.
Will CS Sponsors even exist if they spinout?
CS has very very strong exits. They'll be exiting all the league tables in a couple months.
