Bonus Clawback Questions

If my first day of employment was in July and my clawback bonus says, "Should you resign prior to the one-year anniversary of the deposit date, you will be required to repay this one-time award(s) to the Firm." If I have 30 days of garden leave, is my resignation date the last day of garden leave or the day I hand in my notice?

Trying to get out of repaying my clawback ugh
