Bonus Expectations for This Year?

Making street base at a reputable MM firm as an A1. What are bonuses going to look like this year? Obviously market has improved but what should I expect realistically? This job is not worth it for the crazy lowball numbers I saw in 2023.

Expectations in recent threads seem out of touch with reality given deal activity over the past year. 40-50k for analyst 1 seems fair if not generous in this environment. We need to erase 2021 bonus numbers from our memory. Too many students quoting 100% bonuses as the norm.

agree - and the recent datapoints from the past cycle of $70k to $120k for AS1 is probably where the BBs stay
