Bonus Range for Risk Management Careers
Hi,
There are many threads about bonus structures in Investment Banking and Sales and Trading. Just wanted to get some insight into the bonuses in Risk Management careers. Do people working in Risk get 50% to 100% bonuses when they are at a senior level (Managing Director or Head of the Division), and what does the bonus structure look like at an Analyst and Associate level? This can be at Investment and Corporate banks, Asset Management firms, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds.
