I'm not exactly sure what happened in the last 3 years regarding this forum, but no one posts their bonus.
I work at one of the banks that has a dedicated thread. There are 200 of us. Yout think I would ever consider posting there including my number, if i got promo'ed, and what group i am in? There's no way I would, particularly as I'm a VP.
Go back to the master thread, keep it generally anonymous, and people will feel more comfortable posting, there are literally tens of thousands of us, and we got maybe 100 data points this year

100%. Associate and above makes it more difficult on specific firm threads given there aren’t as many of us. BB its fine but MM and EB is tougher given headcount.
Spot on - I kept getting frustrated that no one is posting numbers and these idiots keep making individual threads for banks. Little amount of data this year.
