Bonus Timing
Looking to consolidate timing of bonuses by bank. Please list what bank and geography in addition to timing of bonus/whether first years get a stub or not.
I'll start: CS (NY) pays out in summer and doesn't pay first years a stub.
UBS find out January pays out in March. First years get stub
Barclays U.S. comp discussion is on/shortly after the 4Q results (mid Feb) are released. Bonus hits account a week or two later (first week of March). 1st years receive stub
JPM -
Analysts paid in August with no stub.
Associates + paid end of January or early February with a stub for new Associates.
Citi
Dec - bonus pool numbers released to MDs. If you're connected enough you can catch wind of how it looks YoY
Early Jan - yearly review discussion and bucket rating
Mid Jan - comp and bonus number given
Jan 31 - bonus paid
Wells
Analysts in summer with no stub
everyone else late winter with new associates getting stub
