Books about how to be a good senior leader at an investment bank
I’m wondering if there are any books out there about leading an investment bank at the senior level. I’m looking for something that a brand new global head of investment banking would find useful. A book that would have things about managing people, firm strategy, banking fees, managing client relations etc. but also containing anecdotes from the author’s experience. Basically the cross between a leadership book with the application insights of a textbook. For investment banking though. Do you guys have any recommendations?
