Books on valuing SME's
Hi - hope this is the right place to post this.
I am looking for books on how to value SME's (something with case studies). On doing an Amazon search, there are many books out there, but most seem focused on valuation theory. I am looking for something more along the following lines:
- SME valuation with case studies (eg fast food chains, engineering firms, management rights for engineering companies)
- Something that will get me to think about how different businesses run / think about the key valuation points
- In general, something practical!
I haven't come across anything, but am sure some books exist!
Thanks! Beenay
What does SME stand for again? This is something quanty right?
