$3bn is more than a legitmate shop and probably has a bigger name than you think (would take a deeper look at backgrounds of seniors and juniors). Not sure what the exits are like for HSBC/Mizuho TMT in the US but unless you are planning to lateral to a more "prestigious" bank, a $3bn PE fund is probs on the upper end of exits regardless right?

Go the PE fund.
What year r u
junior
The 3bn PE firm probably isn’t as no-name as you think it is - I’d prolly go with that if end goal is PE and they give return offers
A or C seem like good options. $3b should be a legitimate shop.
A is the safest route
A is the safest route, but I would argue for C.
