So I am a freshman at a non-target looking to break into IB. I currently got a summer gig at a boutique investment bank (15 employees). I was wondering if this is pretty good to be on-pace when it comes to recruiting. I will also probably do some internships during the fall and spring of my soph, but just lmk if its a good starting spot cuz ik some kids that are doing MM IB or LMM PE, and I'm just like damn.
